Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, duties, responsibilities, and service conditions for the AIBIZAP software service provided by JSOFT (the “Company”) to the user.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Terms used in these Terms have the following meanings. Terms not separately defined are governed by applicable law and service notices. 1. Company: JSOFT, the operator and provider of the AIBIZAP software service 2. User: a person who enters into a service agreement with the Company and uses the Service 3. Paid Service: a service available only after purchasing one 7-day Access Pass 4. Access Pass: a one-time paid right of access that starts when Toss Payments approves the payment and automatically ends after 7 days 5. Payment: a one-time payment made through a payment method specified by the Company or Toss Payments 6. Access Pass Holder: a User who has purchased and is currently using an Access Pass 7. Start Time: the time when Toss Payments approves the payment and the Access Pass becomes active 8. Expiration: the automatic end of access after 7 days
Article 3 (Compliance with Laws)
The Company complies with the Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Youth Protection Act, and other applicable laws.
Article 4 (Interpretation)
Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms are governed by applicable laws, public notice, and customary practice.
Article 5 (Effectiveness and Amendment)
- The Company posts these Terms so that Users can easily review them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that applicable law permits.
- If the amendment is unfavorable to Users, the Company provides prior notice by a reasonable method.
- If a User does not object within the notice period after proper notice, the amended Terms are deemed accepted.
Article 6 (Notice to Users)
The Company may notify Users individually by email, phone, in-app alerts, or other reasonable methods. If individual notice is impractical, the Company may use service notices or bulletin board postings.
Article 7 (Company Obligations)
- The Company will provide stable and continuous service in good faith.
- The Company operates security measures appropriate to the nature of the Service.
- The Company may limit or suspend the Service when unavoidable circumstances occur, and will notify Users when possible.
Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)
The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary and protects it in accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy.
Chapter 2. User Accounts
Article 9 (User Registration)
A User may register using the methods announced by the Company. Registration is completed when the Company accepts the application and the User agrees to these Terms.
Article 10 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with the notices, guides, and policies announced by the Company.
- Users must keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
- Users must not share login information with others or allow unauthorized use.
Article 11 (Provision of Information and Advertising)
The Company may provide notices, service information, and advertisements through the website, app, or email, subject to applicable law and any opt-out rights.
Article 12 (Withdrawal and Suspension)
A User may withdraw at any time. If a User breaches these Terms, the Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate access in accordance with applicable law and due process.
Chapter 3. Service Use
Article 13 (Provision and Use of the Service)
The Service starts when the Company approves the application or on the scheduled start date for specific services. The Company may change, suspend, or end part or all of the Service for operational reasons.
Article 14 (One-Time Access Pass and Expiration)
The Paid Service is offered only as a one-time purchase of one 7-day Access Pass. Access begins when Toss Payments approves the payment and expires automatically after 7 days. Continued use requires another one-time purchase.
Article 15 (Service Change, Suspension, and Relief)
The Company may change or suspend the Service for unavoidable business or technical reasons, and will notify Users in advance when the change is materially adverse.
Article 16 (Use Environment Limits)
If the Service depends on device compatibility or network conditions, the Company will disclose those limits. Users are responsible for checking whether their device and environment support the Service.
Article 17 (Ownership and Use of Works)
Rights in User-generated content remain with the User, while rights in the Service, software, trademarks, and other Company materials remain with the Company or the relevant rights holder.
Article 18 (Installation and Data Collection)
The Company may request installation or updates of software necessary for the Service and may collect device data with consent only for service improvement and delivery.
Article 19 (Management of Posts)
Users are responsible for their posts. The Company may remove or restrict content that violates law, rights, or service policy.
Chapter 4. Paid Services and Payments
Article 20 (Paid Service and Access Pass)
The Company offers the Paid Service only through the one-time purchase of one 7-day Access Pass. Access begins when Toss Payments approves the payment and ends automatically after 7 days. Continued use requires another one-time purchase.
Article 21 (Paid Service Agreement)
A Paid Service agreement is formed when the User applies and the Company accepts the application, including when the payment completion screen is displayed. The User must provide accurate payment information and may use approved payment methods, coupons, or gift certificates where permitted.
Article 22 (Changes to Paid Services)
The Company may revise the price or terms of the paid access pass and will notify Users in advance. Revised terms apply to future purchases according to the Company’s policy, and any remaining access is handled fairly.
Article 23 (Cancellation and Refunds for the Paid Service)
- A full refund may be issued if cancellation is requested before access begins.
- After use, download, installation, or the grant of rights has begun, cancellation or refunds may be restricted unless required by law or attributable to the Company.
- If the Company is at fault, the Company will provide the Service again or issue a refund.
- Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method and are subject to Toss Payments rules and applicable law.
Article 24 (Payment and Refund of Overpayment)
- The User must pay the Service fee by the payment method presented by the Company.
- If the User overpays, the Company refunds the overpayment by the same payment method whenever possible.
- If the same method is not available, the Company promptly notifies the User and refunds by the method selected by the User.
- If the overpayment occurred due to the User’s fault, the Company may deduct reasonable costs incurred in refunding it.
Chapter 5. Liability and Dispute Resolution
Article 25 (Damages)
The Company compensates only for actual damages caused by a defect in the Service, except where the damage was caused without the Company’s intent or negligence.
Article 26 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by the User, transactions between Users or with third parties, or free service changes made for operational reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Article 27 (Jurisdiction)
If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it in good faith. If litigation becomes necessary, jurisdiction is determined under applicable civil procedure rules.
